First and foremost let us talk about the parameters surrounding my outrage. I had sent an email to the owner - Mr. Art Nicassio asking him to explain how he sells a $35.00 ticket to a soccer game for $238 each - I did not get a response.
You may ask why I would purchase a ticket at almost 700% the face value. To be honest, I have never been to a soccer game, so I thought maybe the tickets were selling at $50 over cost, never imagining that there was a $200 difference. The other reason, I am taking a great friend and business associate who for various reasons has not been able to return to his homeland of England to watch "football". The game features Chelsea, one of the teams he follows.
I feel completely ripped off and the fact that Mr. Nicassio could not find the time to respond is not only unprofessional, but completely unacceptable.
