I ordered some tickets from StubHub for a football game that takes place in 3 days. I panicked when I saw that they were en route to a former address, and after googling " stub hub wrong address", many negative reviews appeared regarding similar situations so I was even more concerned. I called Stub Hub first thing in the morning and the associate was SO friendly and helpful, I was blown away. The error was completely my fault but she called FedEx and had the package re-routed, to be received the next day, just in time for the game. I was surprised that there was no additional cost to me, considering I would'be paid it, since it was my error after all. I cannot say enough great things about their customer service!
