I delivered a film to some Reddish Container in a Shop-Rite supermarket on March 24 at 8 pm, one-day after it had been hired. The equipment approved the DVD and that I believed anything was good. Eleven nights afterwards April 3 I obtained a contact stating the DVD had simply been delivered that evening. I named customer support plus they stated they'd no report of anybody hiring the film since I have had examined it on March 23. They stated the equipment in the return area have been working correctly throughout that whole period and since their program could not probably be incorrect, I'd not delivered the film until April 3, and so I'd be billed for the whole 11-day time. I insisted that I'd delivered the film about the 24th as well as their program was incorrect however they declined to move. The repetition stated her boss decided the device needed to be correct.
Our advice to most people are to become really suspicious of hiring from Red Package. Whenever you return a movie you're not provided any bill and also you don't have any method to illustrate that you have delivered the film. When the Red Container program later claims you did not return the film there's nothing you may do to show normally and customer support won't think you. You'll be charged-up to $25 for the things they promote as just charging $1 daily. I actually donot believe they're attempting to deliberately tear folks down but their engineering is actually problematic and can not be respected.
