Appeared as if it had been a good idea - films in the supermarket for only $1.00 a night. I've applied it often yesteryear 24 months. Nevertheless, oneday I observed Redbox billed me $24.99 on my charge card; after I named, they stated I'd not delivered a film I'd hired. Issue was, I absolutely delivered that film 24 hours later because it was been the situation each time I hire at Redbox. Customer support stated the program confirmed the dvd was delivered just after 25 days later.
Actually used to do nothing improper, I still got charged $24.99 WITHOUT ANY charm. From hereon, Redbox drops another client. I'll never rent a dvd out of this company again!!!???!?!?!
