Only discovered this website. I had been recently billed $21.34 to get a rental film from Hit they state was never delivered. Our agreement claims that I'll get the next film when the prior film continues to be delivered. Well, I did so get the next film what exactly does that inform me! I've named customer support twice today and am receiving no-where. The repetitions do not appear to understand a great deal. The man from 14 days previously never did follow through with my criticism! The film under consideration was delivered back in November and also the next film obtained in December. Since that time I've terminated my bill. I'll not use Hit again! I've a confirmation number today but I truly do not be prepared to get any aid or have my $21.34 returned after viewing all of the grievances for the corporation. May return to Netflix.
