I ordered a product from this company on their website at a cost of $94.99. They charged my credit card the same day the order was placed. It has been four weeks since then, and my order still shows as Pending on their website. I have sent 2 emails asking for a projected ship date and have gotten no response. I have tried to call the phone number on their website and it says the mailbox is full and is accepting no more messages. I called the phone number listed on my credit card statement, and it says the number is not in service.
I am in the process of working with my credit card company to see if my funds can be recovered.
