We placed an order for two t-shirts with 175g.com in September. We had to set-up an account on Pay-Pal in order to place the order.
We received our credit card statement a month later showing the cost of the merchandise deducted, but have yet to receive the merchandise.
We e-mailed the company (175g.com) to request the status of the order and have not received a reply. We tried calling the number listed on the website but the voice message says the mailbox is full and cannot accept any more messages.
We then tried to file a complaint with Pay-Pal but they denied the complaint since it was beyond the 45 day limit of the order being placed.
We would like to have our credit card credited with the amount charged and the order cancelled.
