I too, am a victim of shoptna.com. I placed an order with this company on December 7th for a T-Shirt and Hat. This was going to be a birthday present for my husband. I ordered in plenty of time for shipping before Christmas, his birthday.
The merchandise has never arrived and it is almost a month to the day of my original order, yet, my payment was received and processed almost immediately!
I could understand if the merchandise was on back order due to being out of stock, but, what gets me angry is that I have not received any correspondence from TNA.
First of all, there is no official phone number that I can locate (which should be a red flag, in hindsight) only an email address. I have emailed TNA 5 times, requesting help with my order, tracking, etc. Not one email was returned, nor did I receive and phone calls to help me with my problem. I included my confirmation email that they had originally sent to me with a confirmation number for my order, and still, No Response.
I will never purchase any wrestling merchandise again from any company. They have ruined it for all the others. Once a fraud, always a fraud. They are as phony / fake as their wrestling organization.
