We booked our tickets online and were told by a rep at the lounge that we will be put on a list and this is a reservation. She did NOT tell us that we needed to bring out the receipts when I asked and I was told that we will be put on the list and all we need to do is come and we will be checked in. Note again, I was NOT told by the rep that we needed our receipts when i asked him about it. When we got there, the names were on the list but they did not allow us in telling us that we needed a receipt. Well, you didn't tell us that???

Miscommunication on their side. The staff conveyed the wrong message and secondly, we had to go else where. Because of their incorrect information, we suffered with our advance payments!

I want a refund on all my tickets and i want to ensure they do this. I can't lose the money because of their miscommunication. They are at fault. And they didn't even let us get it even though our names appeared on the list.

I want them to take care of this because this is totally unethical for a business!
