My son wanted to go skating for his fifeteenth birthday. He has been going to this skating rink for years. The manager, Mitzi Williamson calls to tell that my son was being disrespectful and then the sheriff gets on the phone and tells me he has arrested my son and taking him to jail.
My son paid $ 10.00 to get in and they never returned it. My son had not commited a crime and all I was told was that he had been disrespectful. The sheriff assaulted him while he was using his cell phone to call me to come and pick him up. He slammed my son onto the concrete and jammed his knee into his back and put him in handcuffs.
My son had to go to the emergency room that night and the next night because of the pain and his back has been permanently injured. The whole thing was an absolute nightmare. I have since found out that other children have been thrown out of this skating rink without reason. I guess Mitzi thinks she is running a private club exclusively for the area rednecks. I think this happened because my son had on red pants. This is a warning to all parents. The sheriff is a grown man who likes to hurt little boys.
