I am writing this report due to the fact that when I ordered the tickets, I waited 2 weeks and have not recieved the tickets as of then. I called Tickets in Time Online and asked about the tickets. I told them that they took my 263.00 dollars but I won't recieve the tickets until 2 weeks before the show! I mean... Seriously???
I told them that it wasn't acceptable and that it was bad business to run it that way and asked for a complete refund. They stated that all sales were final. I told them that if it takes them 2.5 months to get the tickets from their vendor, then that is MORE than enough time to refund my tickets in full.
I have called them 3 times and they all have the same answer, I even heard a dog barking in the backround of the last phone call. Who the heck are these people?! I want my money back today!
I can't even sell them to anyone if I don't have them, and they could care less. I want someone to look into this for me as I am very upset and angry.
I have never had this happen to me when I have purchased tickets for a concert. Ever!
