Someone opened a Columbia House account with my name in 2005. I received a hit on my credit reports from KCA Collection Service on Nov 9th which was the first I'd heard of an account with Columbia House. Email after email to Columbia House got me no where, and the stuff they did tell me did meant nothing to KCA about the balance I owe them. When this accouct was opened in florida I lived in Arizona.
How can these criminals impact good peoples credit and no one cares anyhting about it??? I have NEVER paid one thing late on my credit and now this? What a scam! After reviewing the thousands of complaints on the internet I am surprised that a good lawyer has not filed a class action against BMG/Columbia house.
I have found a number not automated like CH's number. The lady's name is Shana and she's in customer service. Her number is: 317-542-6421 but she won't help either...
