About a month ago, completely out of the blue, Columbia House DVD club sent me a DVD and a bill for joining their club. They have continued billing me and sending order forms for their DVDs. I never contacted them stating that I wanted to join their DVD club, or any of their clubs. Now they say I owe them approx. $45.
They have no customer service phone number to call and they make it virtually impossible to contact them. I am just wondering if there are other people out there that have had this same problem.
