Took my money and didn't send movies I ordered. I contacted them 3 times since I signed up, with no response at all. Nationwide

On July 27,08 I ordered blockbuster online. They took my money very fast, but I have yet to receive a movie. I sent a email 3 days ago (8-5-08) and receive any answer what so ever. I sent another one, no response and another one today (8-8-08) and still no money returned or movies. They will wait until the trail is almost up and then they will send a movie. I went though this once before with, however I thought it was just a little mix up. I recieved one movie the last 3 days of the trail. And didn't even have time to get any without further membership fees. I cancelled.
