I've been complaining since my membership was upgraded they first had on their Website that when U upgrade your plan it will take place immediately it never did I even brought the photo copies I made of my account into the store N the nice woman in the bayville NJ called over N they told her that it doesn't start ASAP like their web site states then I upgraded again to unlimited in store exchanges and 3 DVD at a time their Website again said it would take effect right away it never did even after my anniversary date I contacted by email, called and everything I rent DVD a lot but at that time my husband was recovering from a OPERATION N I TOLD THEM TO LOOK AT MY HISTORY OF RENTING CAUSE THEY GAVE ME 3 COUPONS oh BY THE WAY THEY STATED I WOULD GET THEM IN MY EMAIL ASAP IT WAS HOURS INTO THE NEXT Day B4 I got them, I did receive 3 free rentals but the loss of money and time but the two plans I have gaming and DVD I've lost a lot of rentals because of this I made copies of everything and don't sue anybody at all but I truly believe that blockbusters should be in a CLASS ACTION SUIT FOR ALL THE MONEY THEY HAVE TAKEN FROM CONSUMERS N HAVEN'T DELIVERED THE IN STORE IS GREAT SET OF PEOPLE ITS THE ONLINE DIVISION THAT IS HORRIBLE I GO TO THE STORE ALMOST EVERY DAY SINCE I HAVE 2 PLANS AND I HAVE PROOF OF THE SERVICES I'M NOT GETTING BY ALL THE Copies I've made of my acct since they don't replay or add the movies when I contact them at all...

Also its Monday I pay for three movies at a time N of course in My Queue again the amount of movies are not in My Queue and I ever received the coupons the many coupons I requested recently for the inconvenience ongoing

This is an ongoing issue again movies returned last week N 3 a a time not being sent why is it that I have t keep emailing about this my movie aren't shipping out 3 at a time U keep giving me coupons for all your mistakes N it doesn't get fixed, im paying for services im not receiving again

Please have a manager fix my account that when movies R returned at store N states on my account to ship out the new movies from my list again for my unconvinced
please either credit my account not with one full month service and send me a months worth of coupons as U can C from my account I get movies constantly N with all your delays N that mistakes keep happening my account im not getting the movie quantifies that I am paying 4 plus im not getting quality of movies I rent it seems to B ongoing issues as soon as U show store received the return another 1 should B sent out, also on the weekend all the way up to now Tuesday each an every week my movies again R not being sent out, I truly am moving towards another video service im tried of having to keep emailing
