I ordered some dvds from them maybe 4 months ago. After waiting about a month for the items I finally got them. They were hong kong bootlegs and they left out some of them. One did not even have a cover. There is no way to get in conact with them. Their company goes by 4 different names and has various address's and phone numbers. All the phone numbers do not work and none of the email address's work. They are all returned.
I have filed a few BBB cases which they did not respond to. I noticed their are some complaints on this site about them as well as complaints on ebay, BBB complaints and many more. Their are even a few websties devoted on warning people of his rip off's. Here are a few I find. It is sad when you click on a company name and instead of the company coming up you get all these complaints and sites warning you about it.

So it seems when he gets to many BBB report he just changes the name of the company. Though the last two were for a health food company he had that was closed down it seems. A few of them have the same address. I do not understand why this company has not been shut down.
