Applied to online 30 day trail with blockbuster.com to receive free movies mailed to my house. Did not receive one movie. Cancelled however still charged fees after 30 days. Called again on 8/15 to cancel again because $10 fee was charged to my account.
Blockbuster will not refund my charges even though I request to cancel and want to services from them. They are still saying I will have service till september 2nd cause of the unwarranted charges they posed on august 14th.
