I had good service from Netflix up to this time. I put my account on hold on the day I was billed. I ended up paying for the service but getting no movies and I am blocked out of the instant watch fetcher that I paid the entire month for.
When you click on 'contact us' on the www.netflix.com there is no way to contact them. If you search hard enough you can ultimately find a phone number. BUT, you call it and it say there is a 9 min. Wait time. Of course no one ever answer after waiting for the longest time.
I thought this was a good company and that this very little problem could have been easily fixed by either refunding my money or sending the movies I paid for. However, it would seem, Netflix doesn't do customer service.
I canceled the account and I highly recommend not using Netflix.
