I have had a Netflix account since April and up until recently have really enjoyed the service.
3 months ago I put movies in my mail box 2 Saturdays in a row and Netflix never received them. I contacted both the Post Office and Netflix about the problem.netflix locked my account anyway. After calling and getting my account unlocked, now I guess I'm on a list to get only old movies.
I used to get new releases when I got the movies back to Netflix on Mondays.
Since this episode with the missing movies. I receive nothing but old movies.
I keep my list updated for 3 to 4 months ahead of time.
How do I know Netflix didn't receive the movies and not credit my account. How could the Post Office lose the movies 2 weeks in a row?
I have down-graded my account and am thinking about cancelling all together.
They have gone from a very good company to crap in 2 months.
