I have used Netflix w/out problems for quite a while.
Recently, Because I can obtain newer movies for less elsewhere, I canceled my DVD/mail subscription. Shortly after, EVERY time I accessed my account to search available movies, the ONLY choices I am given are ones I've already watched & rated or ones that I have profiled as "never watch", do not like, etc..
I've called customer service twice and have always talked to a friendly representative. Both times the Reps. Were stumped as to the reason or what to do. I have been put on hold several times while the Reps consulted w / others. No one has a clue!
This happens when I sign in w / either my computer or Blue-Ray player.
I will have no choice but to cancel the remainder of my subscription if not resolved soon!
