Industry Talent & Modeling
Save your time, energy money - find another agency

I have received the worst customer service and have been pushed from manager to manager. I feel as though this company will sign up any child for the money and once they have that they find no need to contact the client - this is not proper selling practices. And when you do contact them they act as though they dont know who you are and blame it on speaking to tons of people a day (which is not a good sign), even though you have already spoken to them several time previous in the past few days and in great lengths. At this point I would not like to conduct business with Industry and would like to cancel my contract. There must be some type of protection for the client, I would hope. I am hoping to come to some type of agreement and have been unable to do so on my own. From doing research online there seem to be many other unhappy clients. There must be some way for me to get my money back and resolve this issue even though I cant recoupe my time and energy on this matter. Others should be protected warned from a business like this.

Please contact - (by taking the following steps you will help to shut down a company of this sorts - the more complaints they have from consumers the more time they will spend looking into their business practices)

You can file a complaint with the FTC by contacting the Consumer Response Center by phone: toll-free 1-877-FTC-HELP (382-4357); TDD: 202-326-2502; by mail: Consumer Response Center, Federal Trade Commission, 600 Pennsylvania Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20580; or through the Internet, using the online complaint form. Although the Commission cannot resolve individual problems for consumers, it can act against a company if it sees a pattern of possible law violations.

Your local Attorney General (do a google search)- see below it can help to make a difference

Ny.Us/press/jan/jan19a_06.html - a very interesting article on Attorney General Spitzer today announced a settlement with The New Faces Development Center which was cited for making deceptive and exaggerated claims about the services it provided to aspiring models and actors - click on the link to read on.

Your credit card company (if you used this as form of payment)

I would love to get in touch with others and file a lawsuit.
