Dear Mr. J. Thomas:

As you can see we have contacted Joe Louis Arena Box Office and have received their print out of the tickets we purchased from Exclusive Tickets and proof that your tickets were scanned and/or used by another ticket holder. (We had no seats)

Ticket BC# 742078828375458 Section 205 Row 19 Seat 11 was already used by another ticket holder at time 18:42 at the West Door see attached "Seat Location Retrieval Report" from ticketmaster Joe Louis Arena Box Office.

Ticket BC# 4343819991627135 Section 205 Row 19 Seat 12 was already used by another ticket holder at time 18:42 at the West Door see attached "Seat Location Retrieval Report" from ticketmaster Joe Louis Arena Box Office.

We entered from the East Door at 19:06 with your tickets:

Since two of the tickets scanned correctly and we had our children with us, the ticket attendant let us pass and enter into the Arena.

Each ticket we purchased from you another ticket holder were in those seats and had a valid ticket with those section and seats you assigned to my family. We had no seats! Even with the two valid tickets we could not sit in those seats! At that point we thought all the tickets were fraudently sold to us from your company.

The attendant would not move the other ticket holders out of these seats so we had NO SEATS!
