I ordered two Jimmy Buffet concert tickets for my visually imparied grandson. I chose to pay $195 each for lower level tickets so he would have a chance to partially see.
Ticket Titans II sent me two upper level tickets (14 u) that are currently selling for $65 each. I paid a grand total of $477 for two tickets.
When we contacted Ticket TitansII by phone we were told that the tickets we received were actually an up grade. When we checked the seats at the BJCC Arena in Birmingham, Al, we found them to be in the "nose bleed" section. This child will see nothing from these seats!
