Ordered (and paid for) a copy of "Superbad" back in Oct. I got this email a few days later;
"This movie will be back in stock in about 2 weeks time. If you dont wish to wait, you can always pick a new title."
I told them that i would wait. Another week or so passed, so i emailed them again asking if i would be better off ordering a different dvd. Jimmy again emailed back to say that they would send superbad, as soon as it was back in stock.
I left it for a while, then got fed up. I emailed them again on 12th feb to say that i wanted my money back and he replied;
"We dont offer refund for the missing package. This was back in October, now only you contact us. You can claimed 1 free replacement movie in your next order."
Absolute scam artist.
