On December 12, I requested a box-set for my child. Nowadays is 2/14/08 and that I have obtained three emails within the last two times declaring that my purchase was on backorder. On 1/10/07, I ended my purchase and required a return. I obtained a contact per month later declaring they might approach my request. The e-mail I obtained today mentioned that my purchase was still on backorder and my card hadn't been billed for this however. The cash was removed from my bill on 12/17/07. I've sent, I've attempted to contact, nothing works. This really is a significant fraud website and that I can't think I dropped for this. I'll proceed to chase them about that but personally I think I'll never notice my cash back.
