On 17th February I purchased 2 dresses from this "Karen Millen" website thinking that it was an outlet. On my credit card statement, the company was listed as - "CBP. TIMEEXPRESS", Beijing, China, #0213. Renminbi. My payment was processed by "realypay". On 14th of March I emailed the company to ask where my order was. They replied that they are unable to supply the dresses I ordered and asked me to choose an alternate style or wait. I opted to wait for a bit longer. On April 11 I emailed the company again asking where my order is, to which I received a reply saying the dresses are still out of stock and could I choose different styles. I emailed them back and asked for a refund. They emailed back to say that I will only be entitled to 90% of the money for handling. After pointing out that they've had my money for a long time and hagling over now 95% refund return they agreed to refund 100% of my money. They told me it would take 3-4 weeks and that I should wait. After 3 weeks, and no sign of my refund I emailed them again asking for my money. They replied by telling me that the refund was returned to them, and that they will refund again and could I please wait another 3-4 weeks. I received an email from 'realypay" to say that they have applied a refund to my credit card that can take up to 20-40 days. Clearly this is a scam and I have been ripped off. I think I will never see this money again!
