Never delivered internet

I purchased one dvd from this website on Tue Jan 16 and my credit card as charged for 15 dollars
On Thu May 10 the company informed me that: the item is out of stock so I decided to exchange it with another Dvd which was available as they suggested me.
On Mon, 29 Oct Movie2u informed me that the film will be shipped to me shortly, But another email dated Fri Nov 09 informed me that the exchanged item also was out of stock...!!
So I have been waiting for this movie almost for eleven month but still no use...
