Sent me asian movies and bad quality movies these are copies not real ones, wont refund had to order more to get replcements would not replace by themselves. Overseas

I ordered a movie from movie2u but it never arrived, when i emailed asking what had happened to it as i had already paid for it they said it was out of stock

They told me to order 3 replacement movies which i did.

They everntually arrived about 4 weeks later, but only 2 out of the three, so i emailed again to find out what had happened, they said that they sent the other one seperatly and i should get it in about 2 weeks.

The first 2 were in asian not english, not even the cover was in english, nothing like the pictures on the web. The third one i finally got was of very poor qaulity and was obviously a pirated movie.

I emailed many more times to get these movies replaced, all i got back was rudness each time. They told me i had to place another order to get the replacements.

I placed another order thinking this was going to be the replacements and asked for a refund of the costs, as i had to pay before i could order them.

Then i sent another email stating that i had ordered the replacements and could i get a refund on the costs

They sent another rude email to me saying they do not refund and that i have to make another paid order to get my replacements.

So now i have had to order more movies which i did not want, so as to get the replacements. All i wanted was a refund for these bad movies, i did not want any more from them, as they are obviously bad copies, but i was bullied into getting more just to get the replacements which are also bad.

I want my money back fully...
