Gately's Shopping Network Order placed, CC charged, nothing shipped, no communication

On September 10 I placed an order with Monster Bounce for a Disney Princess bouncer. Order was placed over one month in advance of my daughter's 4th birthday party... The entire event was based around the Disney Princess bouncer. My credit card was charged September 12... I assumed my order shipped. Days after placing my order a catalog arrived at my house, so I patiently awaited the arrival of the bouncer ordered. Come October 5, still no bouncer... Almost a month since my credit card was charged.

Several attempts to contact the company were made. I first tried to phone the company only to recieve a recorded message of apology as the company was experiencing phone troubles. From the web site I inquired by email to the status of my order and was told by return email that my order was cancelled. My order was cancelled, but my credie card has not been credited. I've taken care of the charge with my credit card company, but would never again venture or advise another to venture into doing business with any part of Gately's Shopping Network!
