We ordered a compatible older HP drum kit from this company and requested it to be shipped directly to our customer's location. After several attempts to find out the order status (by email only because there is no phone number listed anywhere on their website), I sent one final email telling them to cancel the order and that I had found it elsewhere... And cheaper!
Our customer never received this initial order, but our company credit card was charged $239.00 for this drum kit. Since there is no way to contact a live person at this company, I am disputing this charge and having our credit card company reverse it from our card.
I firmly believe this is a bogus company that has been set up for the sole purpose of ripping off people's money. I advise that anyone who has had their credit cards charged and not received their products do the same as our company is doing. Maybe we can hit them back in their wallets!
Also, do not be fooled..."Monster Toner.com" and "123 Toner.com" are the SAME COMPANY!!!
My order was placed through "123Toner.com" and my charge came from "Monster Toner.com"
