Poor service!

We requested Direct TV from the salesman who found our doorway on Sept. 9th. We were designed to have our support mounted about the following day between 1 and 5. No-show, with no phone. I attempted to have ahold of the salesman, Kris K0sciclniak, quit him a note, no-call back. Ultimately got ahold of the organization, The Wise Group, plus they guaranteed to become on Wednesday the 11th between 5 and 7. They named and stated they mightnot create it again, and might come nowadays, the 12th, between 12 and 3. I named to ensure this time around, plus they stated they'd to alter it to 4!!! I ended it, informed them to pay the $19.99 to my kids consideration, and named Direct TV myself rather than the wise group! They stated that the organization (the wise group) hadn't ended however, and also to contact them back again to make certain they place the termination through. Issue is you are able to remain on store with this specific organization for over a half hour. Don't undergo Wise Group, Direct TV gets a bum reputation for this, this organization is just promoting their gear!!!
