Activated to Direct TV in regards to a month before. Was informed within the telephone the Household strategy might charge $29.99/month with $100 cash-back which I'd get $10 credit per month for that next 10-month. Additionally activated for Three stations of Advanced Mandarin stations for one more $15.99/month.

Was advised that my complete costs eliminating fees could be. 99.99 =. 98 / month for that first 10-month and. 99.99 =. 98 afterwards.

You know what - got my first statement lately and mentioned the costs to become. 99.99 =. 98 duty with "No Discounts"! Contact DirecTV customer support and following a extended delay I eventually reach talk to something agent. They examined my consideration and explained there are no documents for that $10 credit for that next 10-month present which there's nothing they might do. Requested to talk to a person support supervisor but was placed on store for more than 15 units that we eventually put up.
