Named 4 days before to have serive mounted to ensure that I really could get 1 channel my cable agent doesn't have. Our visit for installment was today betwen 8-12pm. I had been named at 10:02 am in the specialist informing me he was on his method over with broken language. To date not too poor. About five minutes later I obtain a phone from Direct TV informing me the specialist must appear inside an hour. This appeared unusual but I went with it. The specialist came about five minutes next phone and we went upstairs to my wise container (where my wire shops proceed) I reside in a brand new home and fresh neighborhood and so I required the installation completed as hidden as you can. I told him I needed the meal installed within the back of the home (like my friend) and also the cables broght in to the loft then into my smartbox. This really is about 15-20 feet long of cable. He explained he did not have occasion and he forgot the various tools to get this done installtion which I'd need to reschedule - or - do the installation the way in which he desired that was to set up the meal privately of the home and finish cable inside and outside to my wise container. I called Direct TV (the phone call was 72 units long) plus they stated I'd to contact the company to perform points out. It was undesirable and that I got them to contact the company. For more than 45 units they attempted without any success. An Immediate TV boss stated I'd be mounted today and that I could be approached.
