I ordered pro wrestling videos in the amount of $ 201.80 from this company as I have heard good things from this company previously. I received my order about 3 weeks later and was very dissapointed. What I received were very poor quality bootleg videos.
Contacted the company by phone and told them about the problem and that their web site said that they have a 30 day money back guarantee. I was tols to send the products back which I did by USPS with Delivery Confrimation.
The goods were returned with proff of delivery. After a week I contacted the company by phone and asked about my refund. I was told that they have already issued me a refund. I told them that was not the case and was told that they would research the problem.
I contacted the company again three day later for the status and they told me they had already given me multiple refunds. Why would they give me multiple refunds? I never receied a refund. I tried to about a case through pay pal but too much time had passed and since I paid for teh transaction with my pay pal balance I could not file a credit card dispute.
I have attempted to contact the company but to no resolve and will the dollar amount I don't think a small claims court would take the case as the company is located in North Carolina and I am in Ohio. I am very dissapointed with this company and would recommned anyone to stay away from them.
