1/20/11-Returned razor purchased on 12/23/10 for refund. 3/24/11-Called to check on status. Told that $211.00 refund was issued 2/8 which I never received. Told that new check would be issued in 3-4 weeks. 5/1/11-Called to check on status. Told that $211.00 refund was "processed" on 3/24 which I never received. Told that dept which handles refunds undergoing changes & that someone from their "Escalation Dept" would call in 1-2 days which I doubt will happen.
