This company somehow charged me $9 every month for three months (until i caught on) after I bought tickets for a 99X concert on ticketmaster.com. I never signed up for anything, I just bought tickets for a rock concert!
I'm not sure if ticketmaster.com is affiliated or not or if there is a hacker on their site when you enter you personal information? Ticketmaster might also sell your information to this "entertainment rewards" company.
One way to avoid this is never to use ticketmaster.com. Go to the box office or somewhere else they sell the tickets you are buying, and pay for them CASH!
One good this is that if you look "Ent-Rew." up on the "BBB" (Better Business Bureau) they resolve ALL complaints!
So if you are a victim of this crime, simply call the company, tell them you know about their scam and you want you credit card refunded immediately. They will do it with no problem!
Hint: never use a debit card online! Credit cards have better identity theft regulations, etc.
