It is sad to say that I too was scammed when I bought tickets online last October. I had no idea that by buying tickets from Ticketmaster, I had signed up for something called "Entertainment" rewards. The charge was so small that it slipped past my radar. Finally, after calling my credit card company, I found out how to get in touch with these people and cancel the so called membership. Please let me know if a class action suit is filed.
