I bought Kid Rock tickets on 3/11/06. When I did not receive them, I started calling the company. It was never open. I tried on-line help that they offer and it is never available. I tried e-mailing customer service and the mail come back because the mailbox is full.
I was also charged again on 3/27/06 by a company called Headliner Tickets. So now I have been charged twice, never received tickets and cannot get a hold of them.
I have now called visa and filed fraud. I recommend filing fraud instead of a dispute because they change your card number so that this company cannot continue to charge your account.
This company is a fraud and has many companies under it's belt. Buyer beware!
