This company was shut down operating as TicketsMyWay.com and Headlinertickets.com but has reopened as Headliner-tickets.com
They lie on their site and say they are a BBB member with an 'outstanding' status. They are not a member.
Their phone number doesnt work - 866-903-5400. This is worse than with the previous two sites. With the other companies they at least had an answering machine that always said they would reopen the next day at 7am pacific time, regardless of the time of day it was. Calling at 8am pacific, or any other time, would yield the same message.
I bought concert tickets from them in March for over $600. My credit card was charged and I never got tickets. Before purchasing the tickets, I emailed sales and asked if they would be sent the next day if purchased that day. I got a reply by end of day saying the would be sent next day. After placing my order I got an autogenerated reply with an order number and a week later another email with a different number but neither number was trackable, there was no shipping info, and the only info in the emails was the phone number to the answering machine.
Worst of all, after I called my credit card company, they talked to this company's bank to get a refund. Headliner tickets gave me a refund - after they charged me AGAIN for the tickets. I didnt notice this for a few months because the original charge was on my March statement, and then another charge and credit were on my April statement. It wasn'tuntil I looked at both statements together that I realizedI had been charged twice!
These guys are pure slime - they are just throwing up domain names and scamming people. Beware!!!
