In April this company gave a sales pitch about their movie passes and for only $3.95 I would recieve 4 passes. Well after I agreed to try this, I waited for this to arrive. On or about the begining of May I called to ask why I hadn't recieved this great deal.By the end of that week they finally arrived. I had checked my bank account for another reason and found that on the same day I recieved these movie passes they had withdrawn $119.90. This Is when the nightmare with this company began. I requested a refund and they sent a paper to do so and after that all I heard for months were the words 10 to 14 business days. We have to flag this and It's now In the upper managements' hands. They had people handling this matter. I was even told by a couple of them that the refund was sent. Well I got tired of hearing the BULL and filed a report with the Attorney Generals Office In California and that didn't get me any where. So I began calling again. Twice I spoke to a women named Mary and she assured me that they were working to fix this. Then I spoke to a guy the last call I made and he said that the Information hadn't been updated in the computer and give them another 2 weeks for this. On March 3 I again called them and I got nothing. Dead air and then a dial tone. They had no right to take this money and I would like MY money back.
