Ripoff money from my account twice

This so called Company contacted me back in December 9 And gave me this line about $ 200 in free gas for trying out these companys products basically. I gave them account information to have the paper work sent to me and the UPS truck never showed up that Saturday like they were suppost too. So the following week I decided to cancel the products. Got cancelation numbers. Then a couple of days latter recieved word from my Bank about the debit from this Premier movie Pass of $ 119.00.

Then again less then a week later of $ 119.00. When I called Premier about these issuences they said that I am to fill out the paper work for reimbursement and I would recieve my refund. The paper work was filled out, sent in then nothing happened. So all through 2005 I have contacted them and they told me that they were investigating why my refund wasn't recieved and that I should have my checks in about 14 days. The 14 days came and gone and nothing. I Continued talking to representitives until Febuary 13.

Which I was then told a manager would return my call and that this would be resolved. No phone calls, no check, nothing. And now there is no answer at there phone number.
