I ordered Judging Amy DVD series and paid by credit card $275.98. I have never received my DVD's nor have I been able to communicate with them at all. They don't answer emails, phone calls, nothing... But they have my money!

I ordered the dvd series for Judging Amy and used my credit card. $275.98. They have my money and I have never received the dvd's. I can't cont them by email or by phone and they do not reply to the "contact Us" section on their website. My order # is 11077 and the status code 100. I have no way of tracking my order or getting my money back. Please help! Thank you
