Dvdavenuetv.com are ripoff experts! I paid $85.00 for the jackson five cartoon series dvd's, and never received the merchandise. I ordered the dvd's over 1 1/2 months ago and was initially told it would take 12 to 14 days to receive the item. I called, e-mailed, and had live chat conversations with the same 2 women each time. Each time you call their 800 # surprisingly "no one is available". I've sent over 15 e-mails & have never received one reply. The "live chat" internet line is the only means of reaching someone & 1 month after i paid for the dvd's i called to see where my order was & they told me it was sent back because my credit card was denied, & i told them they were crazy because they had already been paid & i had proof on my bank statement. The live chat line is the same as talking to no one at all, because they give you candid responses as if they've been coached to say the same thing each time "mam i can assure you, your order is on its way" or "no the supervisor is in a meeting, and the only way you can reach someone is through the 800#"... Which as i previously stated, no one ever answers! I hope someone brings these crooks to justice, because they will just keep on robbing people and taking their money if they are not stopped a.S.A.P.!!!
