Recevied a call in late Dec from Movies Unlimited that for $4.95 they would send out 4 free movies passes and vouchers for 300.00 in merchandise from any department store. On I received the package I had 10 business days to cancel the promotion, but keep the free movies passes and the vouchers. On 12-27 $4.95 was deducted from my account. After several phone calls and being told I would receive my package in 48 hours, as of 01-17 no package has arrived. To my horror on 01-17 an additional 119.90 was deducted from my account. I will be filing a report with the BB, the state attorney General and with my bank.
The people are very professional "acting" on the phone, including "supposedly" recording your responses. When you call they do not need the confirmation number they give you on the initial call. They seem to have your information "handy" but they give you a "dead number" when you ask to speak with a supervisor.
