I have tried to contact www.pogo.com to no avail. There is not a customer service email address where they answer your emails. You cannot cancel your subscription. I even googled how to email them no one has been able to do this. I have tried sending them emails to cancel no response. The emailer address doesn't answer emails. I tried to contact both EA.com & Pogo no response just a run a round with no support. This is a scam. EA is also none as Electronic Arts Inc.
