I have been a member of Pogo every since they started the website and it has got to be the worst management team to get up with I have ever seen. When you have a problem there is no phone number and no chat on line and when you get EA Help like it says the only thing that you can do is e-mail a Game Advisor and whenever they answer you back they say someone will get back up with you and they never do. Definitely need to improve this problem.
