I am going to copy and paste email exchange with Eli C. Customer service account of electronic arts. Eli C customer service rep. Called me ridiculous and told me what I meant when I used word "chit" that is just not acceptable here it is please be a judge.

That was what my account was terminated for
Now here is Eli C. Response when I asked her/him why is "chit" inappropriate
Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts. It is well known that people use the word 'chit' in place of 'shit'. Saying that you were referring to a voucher for chickens is rather ridiculous. It is clear what the word means in each case. The suspension stands (notice how she/he says suspension stands my account was terminated not suspended.
I have tried to communicate with Eli C in a nice manner to resolve this issue but her/he attitude was we have million players on pogo who cares about you. That is the feeling I got when I got responses from him/her.
