I purchased 6 vouchers from Living Social for the Cirque show Kazoo Lala on December 14th at the Dallas City Performance Theater. When I arrived with my family, for whom I had bought the tickets, I was told by the will call people that they did not have my tickets because Living Social had oversold the event. They told me that they were going to give my name to Living Social but that they had no fault in the fact that I did not have tickets and there as nothing else they could do. I asked for a manager and told there was none. I called Living Social and ofcourse there was no one available to help me. I sent an e-mail on Friday night, called on Saturday, sent another on Sunday and called again today, Monday. Living Social said that the vouchers had been marked as redeemed and that they needed to do more research before refunding my money. They at first pretended they had not received any e-mails and when I pushed them on it they said they had just noticed that I sent an e-mail. They are claiming that the theater marked the vouchers as used, but I still have the vouchers. The fact that they ruined a family Christmas outing was bad enough, but now to pretend it didn't happen and refuse to give me a refund is beyond belief. The venu itself was a nightmare with many other people experiencing the same thing that I did so I find it hard to believe that living social had not already heard about it. I think both parties are equally responsible for this mess and I hope you can help me get a refund.
