I purchased tickets to an event, but later found out I could not attend the event. I notified living social days before the event and was basically told they would not give me my money back then hung up on me. This is highly unacceptable. I have purchased many vouchers from living social for some time now, but after this experience I will never purchase another. I guess groupon is the better one.
