Horrible Apartment

My 15 yr old daughter and I moved to Boston from Alaska and she had more winter jackets/snow pants then regular clothes because that's what she was only allowed to wear in school. We moved here 1 month ago and 2 weeks ago her closet that had all her winter jackets (45) and snow pants (62) was drenched with water because of a huge water leak. When we contacted the manager he came up immediately and had 5 employees bring a total of 10 laundry hampers. They put all her winter jackets and snow pants into 8 laundry hampers and then put her regular clothes in the last 2 hampers. They didn't inform me that they were bringing all her winter apparel to Sears Appliance Repair because the apartment complex didn't have enough heavy-duty dryers to dry all the winter apparel. They did, however, tumble dry all her regular clothing at the apartment complex. When I asked when her winter apparel would be finished they said probably at least a week since it was at Sears Appliance Repair. When 4 days came by I asked on an update on the winter apparel and they gave me a phone number to call Sears Appliance Repair. I called them and they said, "we were unable to complete that here so we shipped it to a GE Laundry Center 150 miles east and would be shipped back in a week or less but gave me GE's phone number so I can be updated on this. I called GE immediately to make sure they received everything and they said, "yes and your order has been deposited into 12-4000 LB machines on high for 72 hours nonstop." They called me 5 days later and said, "we apologize for the delay but your order wasn't complete in the 72 hour time frame so was entered for a full 72 hours again and is complete now & will be delivered today at 3PM."

The manager came up at 3:40PM with 8 employees who all had huge bags w / my daughters winter apparel in it. They said that they are very sorry that this happened and hope it'll never happen again. The dryer burnt 20 winter jackets and 54 of her snow pants. The rest of the winter apparel is fine.
